Delivery to the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia usually takes 8 to 13 business days. This includes our order processing time of 0 to 1 business day.

Large, oversized or fragile items ship on a specialised, insured delivery line and usually take 10 to 25 business days. Where this applies, the estimate is shown on the product page. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking information can take some time to update after your order has been dispatched, so the first updates may not appear straight away. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and we will check the status of your shipment.

If your order contains more than one item, the items may be sent in separate parcels and arrive on different days. You then receive separate tracking information for each parcel, at no extra shipping cost.

Please check around your delivery location first: the porch, mailbox area, garage or reception, and ask your neighbours or household members. Carriers sometimes mark a parcel as delivered shortly before it is dropped off.
